Brand impersonation monitoring
Someone is selling your brand, and it isn’t you.
Storefronts copy your product photography, your descriptions and your trademarks, take real orders, and keep the money. Your customer thinks they bought from you.
We find those stores, show you evidence you can check yourself, and write the takedown notice. You review it and press send.
Monitoring, detection and the evidence pack are free. You only pay if a store comes down.
What this actually looks like
In one afternoon, with free tooling, we found six live storefronts using other companies’ brand names, product photography and trademarks. Three of them, described exactly as we found them:
A product photo, re-hosted
One storefront served a real product photograph from its own servers — the packaging, the wordmark, the ® symbol, the mascot, the printed net weight. Someone had downloaded the brand's image and put it on their own hosting.
A page title, word for word
Another used the brand's own product description as its page title, copied exactly, including the ™ on a material name the brand had registered. The domain was twelve days old.
The brand's own support address
A third had the real company's support email embedded in its pages. A confused customer writes to the brand about an order the brand never took, and hears that no such order exists.
Their About pages describe them as selling home goods, personal care and electronics. Their refund and terms pages return errors.
We have not named the stores or the brands here. Naming a live storefront on a public page is an accusation, and that is the brand’s call to make, not ours. In your pack every store is named, with the steps to confirm each detail yourself.
How it works
Detect
We generate the domain permutations someone would register against your name, then compare each one to your real store: copied page titles and descriptions, product photography reused from your servers, and how old the domain is.
Prove
You get a dated evidence pack. Every fact in it comes with a way to re-check it yourself in under a minute, because a finding you cannot verify is not worth acting on.
Prepare
We draft the notice for wherever the store is hosted, with every field filled in except your signature and the sworn statement — the two parts only you can supply.
You send it
One click opens your own email client with the notice composed. It goes from your address, in your name, on your decision.
We prepare. You send.
This split is the product, not a technicality.
Only you can say whether a seller is authorised. Your contracts and your sales team know who you have said yes to; we cannot know that from the outside, and we will never assert it for you. When you open the pack you will know straight away whether a store is one of yours.
And whoever signs a notice carries the responsibility for it. So we do the work — the searching, the evidence, the drafting — and the decision and the signature stay with you.

If a store is itself on Shopify, you email Shopify’s copyright agent directly and they usually act within one to five business days, at no cost to you. We will tell you when that is the case.
Things you should know before you trust us with this
- We are new. No case studies, no customer logos, no testimonials — because we do not have any yet, and inventing them would be the fastest way to lose the only thing this product sells, which is credibility.
- Stores come back. A new domain costs a few dollars, so removal is not permanent. That is why monitoring runs continuously rather than as a one-off report.
- We are not lawyers. We prepare documents and evidence. Whether to file, and on what basis, is your decision and worth taking to your own counsel.

Tell us your website and we will look for stores using your brand. You get whatever we find, with the evidence and the steps to check each finding yourself.
We run these by hand today, so it takes a little time. If we find nothing, we will say so — that is a useful answer too.
